Matrix did a great job on my mom's roof. From beginning to end, the customer service was excellent. Josh, the estimator, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. Jennifer and Sarah kept us apprised of the status of the job and would show up daily once the job began to make sure there were no issues. The roofers worked hard and cleaned up every day. I would definitely recommend Matrix for your roofing needs. There were no hidden charges which is unlike many roofing companies.

We just got a stunning new roof done by Matrix! This company is the real deal. From the person answering the phone with her pleasant reception and helpfulness to the guys on the roof, the amazing project manager, and the women that supported our need, our experience has been a blessing. The owner came to check on the job and said, "once your roof is done, we're still here...you are family". That's a very good thing to hear and feeling to have with any company these days!! After 40 years of being a client with State Farm, and as they have been doing to many, they mailed us a 'repair or else' notice. We got estimates and Matrix was the chosen company. They scheduled a date before the 'due date' but close to the final date and we shared it was worrisome. Then we got a call back saying that they had a window of time to bump us up sooner... pressure relieved. It's done and perfect! We also cancelled State Farm and went with another insurance company! Thank you Matrix team!!!

This was 2nd time I have matrix roofing helped me with a brand new roof, and second time was repairing my tiles roofing. Price is fair, 4 gentlemen came out at 5 hours, did the job, they were professional, polite, very happy with the job. Jennifer in the office , was so pleasant to deal with . Thank you guys

From the beginning, we loved our experience with Matrix. We got several estimates for a roof tear-off and replacement and new gutters. We weren’t sure which to choose. Then we heard about Matrix and that it is woman-owned, so we had them come out for an estimate too, Their estimate came in close to the same as the others, so we went with the woman-owned company. They communicated well throughout. When the workers showed up, they were prepared and got to work immediately. It was loud, sure, but we knew it had to be. We hunkered down with our dogs, and the crew had the roof up in under three days, then came on the fourth day to do the gutters. The only things you really hope for in these situations is that the company knows what they’re doing and that they’re able and willing to do it well. Because what do I know about roof replacement? Nothing. That’s what. Thankfully Wendy, Sarah, and all their crew members know what they’re doing, and they made us trust them. The roof and gutters look great. Oh, and the week after the roof, we got new windows, which meant the flashing that Matrix had done wouldn’t work. Matrix sent someone out within just two hours to get it fixed so the window crew could keep working.

Matrix did a roof replacement at Vancouver First United Methodist Church as part of our project to install solar panels. They were extremely responsive and professional in dealing with all of our questions and requests. The project went smoothly and on schedule. We are very happy with the quality of our new roof

We had a great experience working with Matrix on a roof repair. We found that they were fair and flexible with their pricing, did quality work, communicated really well and kept us updated, and started and completed the project on time as planned. They were also very responsive when we had a small concern after the project was completed and came out to inspect and ensure that everything was OK the next day. Having worked with some companies who don’t deliver consistently and don’t follow through and follow up, we really appreciate when a company does all of that well. We would work with Matrix again without hesitation.

My experience with Matrix has been phenomenal. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. It's rare these days to find a company that combines professionalism, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service so consistently. Both Sarah and Jennifer in the office have been wonderful to work with—responsive, professional, and genuinely focused on customer service. I'll be honest: I'm not a fan of the platform they use for invoicing, photos, and communication. As someone who works in tech, I found it a little unintuitive, and it didn't always send me email notifications. That said, the Matrix team more than made up for it with their communication and follow-through. The estimator who came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions (though he could probably knock a little louder next time—that's an inside joke!). The technician who completed the repair was outstanding. He arrived exactly when promised, completed the work within the timeframe he quoted, and was respectful of both our property and our time. I would absolutely recommend Matrix to friends and family. 10/10 experience.

Few work on tile roofs, Matrix does and obviously cares and can be counted on to do a very thorough job. Moss prevention, properly cleaning the roof and it's valleys-- and finally the gutters, I was no doubt impressed. When our 20-year-old roof developed a leak, we were faced with a costly repair with a large area of shingles that would not match. Knowing that we would need everything else replaced in five years or so, we opted for a complete replacement. A neighbor recommended we get one of our bids from Matrix, and they ended up as the company we chose. They showed up the day they said they would and finished in the time frame they quoted. I was particularly pleased that they worked with me to ensure that our Starlink never went down! The quality of the work is exceptional, the cost was less than we expected, and we are very pleased with job they did. Five stars!!

Matrix Roofing was fantastic to work with!

I decided to use Matrix Roofing for my roof replacement after using them for some small repairs a couple of years ago and I was not disappointed. They did a great job, despite an unexpected change of weather in the middle of installation. I would definitely recommended them for repairs and full roof installations.
